Examples of the gear the Club owns

You need to bring essential gear for trips yourself, but the Club provides more specialist gear if you don’t have it. Leaders will know what is required on their walk, ensure that it is available and be able to offer training in how to use it.

If it’s not needed for a Club trip at the time and you’d like to borrow our tents, ice axes, sleeping roll-mats, compasses, Trangia cooking stoves or Ordnance Survey maps, just enquire with our Gear Officer.
