Anyone can join the Hiking Club (non-members of the University at the discretion of the Executive) and it’s possible to join at any time during the academic year.

All you need is a LUSU PurpleCard and membership fee. You can order a PurpleCard online here. Our Club membership fee is typically £12 for the year, £9 for Lent and Summer terms or just £7 for Summer. We use this money for new equipment and to subsidise larger events.

How to find us

You can find us on campus any term weekday in Faraday Foyer between 1-2PM. Here you can join the Club, ask questions and sign-up for events and trips.

During Freshers’ Week we hold an Introduction Talk (find out more at our Freshers’ Fair stall!) where you can meet the Exec members, find out all about what we do, and join.
